Tiga gulungan kerjanya-atas, bawah, dan samping-dipasang dalam posisi pengaturan asimetris sehingga mampu menggulung pelat selama operasi dengan variasi radius kelengkungan yang luas. Gulungan atas dan bawah digunakan sebagai bagian yang digerakkan, yaitu berputar ke arah yang terbalik. Gulungan bawah menahan lembaran, bergerak secara vertikal untuk mewujudkan stabilitas dan keamanan material saat menggulung.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prinsip Kerja Mesin Penggulung Plat W11F<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Dalam pengoperasiannya, lembaran dimasukkan di antara gulungan atas dan bawah, setelah itu gulungan bawah menahan lembaran pada posisi penjepitan vertikal. Sistem hidraulik menyebabkan gulungan atas dan bawah berputar ke arah yang sedemikian rupa sehingga masing-masing dapat menjepit lembaran. Gulungan samping bekerja sebagai pengikut dan dapat membuat sudut dalam kaitannya dengan sumbu gulungan atas dan bawah pada permukaan pemandu sehingga dapat naik atau turun untuk melakukan operasi penggulungan dengan radius kelengkungan tertentu.
